who We are..

Founded in 2017, PSI brings a level of sports science to the general public that has only been available to professional athletes.

For a decade we have been studying the human body, specifically in strength and conditioning, the training process and injury management. We have worked with numerous athletes in a multitude of sports and have consulted, treated and tested 1000s of patients and athletes.

We seek to deliver an elite level of service to everyday people, recreational sports people and professional athletes to help them achieve their performance goals and to prevent and rehabilitate injury.

Eddie is a skilled and intuitive therapist with a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better — whether they’re competitive athletes, busy parents, or simply looking to relieve pain and improve quality of life. His approach blends hands-on therapy with genuine care, tailored to each individual’s needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Eddie has worked with a wide range of clients — from children and teens to adults of all ages — combining strong technical knowledge with a natural ability to find the root cause of discomfort or dysfunction in the body. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with day-to-day tension, or working toward personal fitness goals, Eddie creates a safe and effective path forward through treatment, movement, and education.

Drawing from multiple techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial cupping, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation) & trigger point therapy, Eddie offers sessions that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. He believes in a whole-person approach — where recovery is not just about the body, but also the mind.

Since joining PSI, Eddie has trained closely under Louie Sims, further refining his skills and learning advanced manual therapy principles. His sessions are not just about quick fixes — they’re about lasting results and long-term change.

In addition to his general practice, Eddie is the founder of NextGen — a recovery and movement service for young athletes aged 13-18. Through this work, he’s helping to create a new standard of support for youth in sport — built on education, prevention, and smarter recovery.
